Former WBA interim and EBU junior middleweight champ Jack Culcay’s retirement didn’t last long. Just days after his promoter, Agon Sports, announced that Culcay was leaving the game it is now announced that he will come back – but the 38-year-old German will first take a long rest and then resume his career.

Culcay was knocked out in the 11th round by Bakhram Murtazaliev (22-0) April 6 in Falkensee after a very tough fight with the vacant IBF title at stake and retirement looked sensible.

However, “Golden” Jack has now decided to continue his career, but when and where is to be announced.
