IBF lightweight champion Miguel Vazquez(33-2, 10KOs) was in Tijuana on Saturday night to support his stablemate Alejandro Cobrita Gonzalez Jr. in his fight versus Hazal Martinez - which Gonzalez won by a second round TKO. Vazquez returned home to Los Angeles this morning and watched the replay of Adrien Broner vs. Gavin Rees, which took place on Saturday in Atlantic City and won in five rounds by Broner.

Vazquez was not impressed by the performance and he was angered because Broner continues to call for a fight with WBO champion Ricky Burns (35-2, 10KOs) - who Vazquez faces on March 16th at Wembley Stadium in a unification clash.

"I guess nobody informed Broner that Burns is fighting me first on March 16 in England. You see, Burns unlike Broner was willing to step up and fight the best lightweight in

the world. I have proven time and time again that at lightweight I can't be beat. So after I travel to Burns' country and put a boxing lesson on him and capture the WBO lightweight world title - all that is left for me at lightweight is Broner. Adrien you talk the talk a lot, but I walk the walk and don't run my mouth," Vazquez told BoxingScene.com.

"I leave [all of the talking for] the ring. I have no fear and will travel to your hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio to take you out. I'll show you some real boxing, not like these deadman you have been fighting. And then when you lose to the real lightweight champion of the world you can move to 140 and beat up some more bums and talk sh*t like you're doing something great until you get exposed for the real person you are."
