According to New Zealand's Stuff Sport, Heavyweight David Tua (51-3-2, 43 KOs) is set to face Demetrice King (15-19, 13 KOs) on March 19, with the mindset of getting revenge for a last July's draw with Monte Barrett. Tua claims that he injured his rotator cuff while training for that fight and it kept him out of action for remainder of the year. The fight with King takes place in South Auckland, which has been dubbed the "backyard brawl." King lost back to back fights to Tor Hamer and Fres Oquendo.

"Yeah, man, no worries, no excuses," Tua said. "I think the best thing is we have been very smart with this [injury]. We got away without needing surgery and it's been successful. It's feeling very good."

After King, Tua is already planning to return in the month of June.
