On April 8 in Moscow, 'World of Boxing' will move forward with a planned event that will be headlined with a rematch between Eduard Troyanovskiy of Russia and Argentinean Cesar Rene Cuenca for the IBF and IBO junior welterweight titles.

The fight was thought to be in jeopardy when WBC cruiserweight champion Grigory Drozd, who was scheduled to be the headliner of the card, withdrew with injury. Promoter Andrei Ryabinsky made a decision to have the card go forward.

In addition to Troyanovskiy (23-0, 20 KO's) and Cuenca (48-1, 2 KOs) (Argentina), there will be six other bouts on the card.

When they fought last November in Kazan, Troyanovskiy stopped Cuenca in six rounds. He was dominating the fight but some felt the stoppage may have been a bit too early. Cuenca had a rematch clause and exercised the option for an immediate return fight.
