Vladimir Hryunov, promoter of WBA interim-middleweight champion Dmitry Chudinov, is threatening to withdraw his fighter from Saturday's defense against Chris Eubank Jr. at the O2 Arena in London. Frank Warren and Mick Hennessy are promoting the event with BoxNation televising.

Hryunov tells BoxingScene.com that both sides had contractually agreed to "neutral officials" in the fight negotiations.

However, the British Boxing Board of Control is not in agreement with those terms. They are planning to insert British officials to handle the fight.

"We agreed to neutral officials and now the British Board of Control wants to change them to British officials. If this is not changed we will cancel the fight," Hryunov told BoxingScene.com.

Frank Warren tells BoxingScene that he doesn't have an issue with neutral officials, but there is specific language in the contract with respect to the BBBoC.

"I have no problem with neutral officials, but the contract reads as follows - that we'll have all neutral officials but it's subject to [approval by] the British Boxing Board of Control. It's the same in Las Vegas [where the officials are subject to approval by the Nevada State Athletic Commission]. You can say it's neutral [officials] but the Vegas commission can overrule it and you are stuck where you are," Warren told BoxingScene.com.

Warren is planning to meeting with Hryunov on Thursday to work the situation out.
