Sport Palace, Kiev, Ukraine - In a walkout bout after the main event, junior welterweight contender Sergey Fedchenko improved his record to 31-2, 14 KOs, after a complete demolition of the Georgian road warrior Nugzar Margvelashvili (25-19, 11 KOs) in five one-sided rounds. The Georgian was down once in the second, third and fifth stanzas after being hit with wicked body punches from the Ukrainian. Fedchenko was fighting for the first time since his April points loss to Juan Manuel Marquez.

Also, Igor Pankevich (4-0, 1 KO) scored a unanimous decision over debutant Nikolay Moroz (0-1) in six. Scores were: 60-53 (twice) and 60-49.
