Super middleweight prospect Rowan Campbell will square off against Yanga Phetani Friday night, promoter Rodney Berman confirmed to BoxingScene.com Wednesday night.

The 12-round bout will take place at Emperors Palace in Kempton Park, South Africa.

Campbell (9-0, 6 KOs) defeated Alex Kabangu in a clash of unbeaten super middleweights in his last bout on Feb. 24. In his previous fight, his first 12-round fight as a pro, Campbell defeated Renson Hobyani by unanimous decision.

Campbell fought three times in 2017 after fighting four times in 2018.

Phetani (14-2-1 1 NC, 4 KOs), who resides in Mdantsane in the Eastern Cape, outboxed Jimmy Mabundji to win by unanimous decision on Mar. 29.

Brandon Thysse will face Boyd Allen in a 12-round clash of hard-hitting junior middleweights.

Thysse (10-1-1, 9 KOs) fought to a 10-round split-decision draw against Linda Ntshingila in his last bout on Mar. 30. Thysse suffered his only blemish as a pro in September of 2017 against Nkululeko Mhlongo.

Allen (3-0, 3 KOs) last fought on Mar. 16, stopping John Bopape in the 11th round.

Junior middleweight Roarke Knappe (7-0-1, 6 KOs) will square off against Wynand Mulder (4-7-1, 4 KOs) in a six-round bout.

In a clash of unbeaten junior bantamweights, Ricardo Malajika (3-0, 2 KOs) will face Arnel Lubisi (3-0, 2 KOs) in a six-round bout.
