Frank Warren Promotions have confirmed that Ricky Burns will fight former WBA lightweight champion Paulus Moses at the Braehead Arena on March 10th.  The Namibian won the WBA belt with a decision over Yusuke Kobori in January 2009, defended it successfully against Takehiro Shimada and was then knocked out by Miguel Acosta in May 2010.  The 33-year-old has racked up three wins since the Acosta defeat and holds a 28-1 (19) record.

Burns claimed the interim WBO lightweight title by out-pointing Michael Katsidis on November 5th.  The Scottish boxer is the former undefeated WBO super-featherweight title-holder and is in the form of his life.  Burns, 28, holds a 33-2 (9) slate and expects his challenger to bring his A-game over to Scotland for the clash.

BoxNation, Sky Channel 456, will televise the showdown.
