Randy "El Matador" Caballero packed his suitcases and headed off to Monte Carlo, where on Saturday night he will face English boxer Stuart Hall for the vacant bantamweight world title of the International Boxing Federation (IBF).

"As always, I'm coming up to the ring with my two flags. I was born in America but I'm Nicaraguan and thanks to everyone from Nicaragua who is supporting me in this fight," said Caballero to El Nuevo Diario from the hotel where he is staying in Monte Carlo.

"I hope everyone in Nicaragua can see my fight (to be aired on Channel 4). I'm going to make a great fight for all of the people there and I'm ready to be world champion, number 11 in the history of boxing in Nicaragua."

"I'm ready to win this title. This is the most important fight of my career. I feel stronger, than in all of my previous fights and I'm ready to get crowned. I feel I am stronger and smarter in the ring, than Hall. I think I can win this fight and of course I can knock him out, but I am not obsessed about that. I'm going to do my job in the ring and if the knockout comes, it will be welcomed."

Caballero has an unbeaten record of 21-0 with 13 knockouts. Hall is 16-3-2 with 7 knockouts and lost his last fight against compatriot Paul Butler.

"I think Hall will not be difficult for me. I'm ready for this fight and I think it will not be difficult for me," he said.
