Italian middleweight Etinosa Oliha (20-0) and German Alexander Pavlov (21-3) will fight in an IBF eliminator on September 14 at the Agon Sportpark in Berlin.

Both the No. 1 and No. 2 spots are vacant in the current IBF ratings while Oliha is ranked No. 8 and Pavlov is No. 10. Champion is US-based Kazak Janibek Alimkhanuly.

Oliha is promoted by Agon, who also will promote his fight against Pavlov.

The undercard features heavyweight Granit Shala (14-1) in his first fight since challenging for the then vacant EBU heavyweight title. Shala was stopped in two by Oleksandr Zakhozhyi.

The show will not be streamed by Agon Sports TV but by DAZN.

A bigger Agon event is in the works later in the fall and the main event in that one may well feature super middles William Scull and Vladimir Shishkin in a fight for the vacant IBF super middle title after both sides agreed terms to a deal ahead of today’s scheduled purse bids.

They will fight for the title previously worn by Canelo Alvarez, the Mexican who opted to face Edgar Berlanga on September 14 rather than his mandatory challenger Scull.
