Pongsaklek Wonjongkam (83-4-2, 44KOs) is demanding a direct rematch with Filipino banger Sonny Boy Jaro (34-10-5, 24KOs). This past Friday in Thailand, an early candidate for upset of the year took place when Jaro destroyed Pongsaklek in six rounds.

After the fight, the Thai legend admitted Jaro "is the most powerful boxer I have ever fought with."  Now at age 34, Pongsaklek wants to continue his career and hopes to secure a rematch very soon.

Before a rematch is possible, Jaro will have to make his mandatory obligation against  Toshiyuki Igarashi (15-1, 10KOs) of Japan, and there is no guarantee that Jaro will win that fight.
