Unbeaten Tomoki Kameda arrived in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, where he will be contesting for the North American Boxing Federation (NABF) bantamweight title on Saturday February 19 at the Disco "Collage". Kameda will exchange blows with the Germain "gravedigger" Meraz, who has the experience of getting in the ring with former world champion Cruz Carvajal, Martin Castillo, Gerry Peñalosa and "Mako" Leyva.

"I think I'm good, I like to collect belts, and in my country it's good to see a fighter win many titles," said Tomoki in very understandable Spanish. Japanese by birth, but Mexican by adoption, he doesn't hide his desire to become naturalized as a Mexican. At 15 years old, he came to Mexico for the first time. The younger brother of champions Koki and Daiki, he expects to fight for his first world crown between November and December 2011.

He served as a sparring partner for WBO/WBC champion Fernando Montiel. He predicts a big win in favor of Montiel this Saturday.

"I am confident that he will knock out Nonito Donaire," he concluded.
