Telemundo Deportes’ commentators René Giraldo and Edgar López will call the action.

Koasicha returns to Boxeo Telemundo for his first fight since March of 2016 when he lost against Orlando “El Fenómeno” Cruz in a bout for the NBAO/OMB Featherweight title. The Mexican fighter debuted as a professional boxer in 2008, winning 16 of his first 17 matches. In 2012, he defeated Eduardo “Candela” Becerril taking the WBC U.S. Featherweight title which he successfully defended twice until Jesús “El Zurdo de Oro” Galicia defeated him in April, 2013. Later that year he regained it after beating the Colombian Alejandro Monterrosa.

Josué “Chino” Veraza goes back to the ring after losing against Horacio “El Violento” García earlier this year. In 2016, he defeated Jesús “El Zurdo de Oro” Galicia and Mario “El Yayo”Muñoz who then held a record of 16-1. Veraza debuted as a professional boxer in 2009 when participating at Mexican competitions. He remain unbeaten for closely three years until 2011 when he was defeated by the Colombian Miguel Marriaga. Since then he’s been competing for several titles.

“Boxeo Telemundo Ford” will return again to the Blackberry Auditorium in Mexico City on Friday, July 21 when Antonio “Toño” Morán faces Wilberth López for the WBO Latin Lightweight Title.

The last bout of the summer series will be staged on Friday, July 28 live from the Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee, FL when David “Severo” Carmona takes on José “Chiquiro” Martínez for the North American Boxing Federation (NABF) Super Flyweight Title.
