Los Mochis, Mexico - After surgery on his left shoulder, which happened in January, and the successful rehabilitation period of four weeks, the triple world champion Jorge "Travieso" Arce (54-6-2, 43 KO’s) has rejoined the gym to begin training for the fight with WBO super bantamweight champion Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. (20-0-1, 17KOs) on the May 7th pay-per-view undercard to Manny Pacquiao-Shane Mosley at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

"I found my roots and the last three fights have been under the direction of Manuel Montiel and I feel very good about this fight because it will be history for me and I think training with Montiel will be the key," said Arce.

"There are more than two months before the fight with Vazquez and I started on my preparation with a well-planned training schedule to arrive at the fight for my fourth world title at 200%, very fast and very strong," said the charismatic Arce.
