It’s no secret that Floyd Mayweather Jr. can run a tight ship when it comes to his camps, but yesterday the five-division champion changed things up a bit by broadcasting his Monday afternoon sparring and training at his personal gym in Las Vegas.

And while all cameras and videos were off limits for those in the building when Mayweather made his entrance, I was still able to catch up with Mayweather's core group of sparring partners beforehand, as well as some of the other young talent in the building.

Bastie Samir, J'Leon Love, Ramon Montano, Omar Henry, and Luis Arias have been serving as sparring partners for Mayweather Jr. (42-0, 26KOs), as the current WBC welterweight champion prepares for his upcoming fight with WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto on May 5th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
