The WBA interim-115-lbs flyweight champion, David "Tornado" Sanchez and his challenger, Jesus "Topo" Rosas, were face to face at the press conference of "The War" on Thursday afternoon in Mexico.

They both promised to shine in the ring, giving a great show to the public and annihilating their opponent. They both said at the conference held at a restaurant in Plaza Sendero, in Hermosillo. Sánchez has 26-2-2, 20 KO’s record and will make the first defense of the title while his opponent, “Topo” Rosas has a record of 40-8, 28 KO and this is the first shot for the title.  

Colombian Manuel Rodríguez will referee the fight, while Gustavo Jarquín (NIC), Octavio Rodríguez (PAN) and Alfredo Polanco (MEX) will score it. The supervisor will be Panamanian Miguel Prado..
