Former middleweight champion Kelly Pavlik admits that he's feeling the pressure to look good on Saturday night in San Antonio, Texas - when he takes on Aaron Jaco (15-2, 5KOs) at a catch-weight of 170-pounds. It will be Pavlik's first fight in two years and his first bout under the guidance of trainer Robert Garcia. The fight will be during the untelevised portion of the “Top Rank Live” telecast on the Azteca America network.

If Pavlik wins, he will likely return on an ESPN card in June, and then possibly fight up to two more times before the end of the year.

“I’m not nervous, but I do want to look good, so there’s a good amount of pressure from that. I know it’s just my second fight in two years so I really shouldn’t feel that way, but I do. It’ll be good to get back in there,” Pavlik told the Youngstown Vindicator.

“I hate to say [that I have to] stop him but I’ve got to go in there and beat the guy up. Just completely dominate every minute of every round and keep doing that. With this fight and [an upcoming June fight], I need to be very impressive.”

“They want me to fight in June and September and maybe one more at the end of the year, so I’ll be busy.”
