Next Saturday night at the Forum in Inglewood, California, Shane Mosley is scheduled to face Ricardo Mayorga in what is a pay-per-view event. The problem is that promoter Don King may kibosh this match-up over contractual claims he's making on the Nicaraguan wild man.

But Mosley - who is also the promoter of this event - says that show will go on with or without Mayorga as his dance partner next week.

"Yes, there will be a fight, I will be fighting somebody," he told BoxingScene.com on Saturday afternoon. "There's a couple of people that I could be fighting, three different people. But they're all ready to go and they're good to go."

Yeah, like a baseball manager, he has made a call to the bullpen.

"They're warming up, they're getting ready. I mean they're three good fights the fans will like anyways,"said Mosley. But the problem is, do they bring the profile and heat of Mayorga?

Regarding that dynamic, Mosley states,"There's another guy I had a beef with and that story is probably more relevant than this one. It's more relevant in the boxing world today."

Mosley could be talking about Gabriel Rosado, who had exchanged words during their participation in the BKB. Rosado faced Curtis Stevens back in April in the pit. Mosley trained Stevens for this contest and things got heated between the two camps in the lead-up.
