Once-beaten Michel Rivera (25-1) is tired of the back and forth between Ryan Garcia and Rolando “Rolly” Romero.

The two super lightweights have gone back and forth on social media while a potential fight between the two has fizzled out.

Garcia also has discussed a potential showdown with WBC super lightweight champion Devin “The Dream” Haney but so far that fight hasn’t came to fruition.

In the meantime, Romero has turned his focus to lightweight contender Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz of Mexico City, Mexico.

All of this back and forth has left the Dominican Republic’s Rivera shaking his head.

Rivera is coming off of a November unanimous decision victory over former world champion Sergey Lipinets and has long coveted fights with the elite at 135 and 140 pounds.

“Rollies and Ryan are two hype jobs who have no business fighting for world titles, but they have great promoters behind them who gift them titles,” Rivera told Boxingscene.com.

“I could beat both of those hype jobs in the same night.  I also would love a chance to fight Devin Haney and take that title from him in what would be a great fight.”

Haney became the undisputed lightweight champion in 2022 with back to back victories over George Kambosos in Australia. He followed up those wins with high profile wins over Vasiliy Lomachenko and Regis Prograis in 2023.
