Junior welterweight Marcos Maidana is ready to face either WBO/WBC champion Timothy Bradley, or Devon Alexander, in his next fight. Like his rival Amir Khan, Maidana was not too impressed with Saturday's fight, where Bradley won a ten round technical decision over Alexander in Pontiac, Michigan. He called the fight "a fiasco." He wasn't sold by Alexander's eye injury that ended the fight in the tenth. Maidana felt Alexander was too scared to continue and doubts he would accept the challenge of a future fight.

"Only Bradley wanted to fight. Alexander was scared, didn't want to continue. Neither one really impressed me. I thought Alexander was one of the best. Just don't get his total lack of willingness to win such an important fight. Bradley is strong, fast and talented. Yet, he's not a marvelous fighter. Is he? Nobody would pay a dime to see Bradley vs. Alexander II," Maidana wrote on the social networks. "Let's see what they offer me next. I have no problem to face Bradley or Alexander, yet I don't think Devon would want to meet me in the ring."
