Former world champion, Lorenzo "Lencho" Parra of Venezuela, is training hard at his camp in Caracas, preparing for his clash with World Boxing Association (WBA) bantamweight champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno of Panama, which takes place on June 17 at the Arena Roberto Duran. The fight was postponed several times. Parra feels very confident about his chances to beat Morena in Panama. He studied various material on the champion and noticed several exposable flaws. Parra will arrive in the country on June 12 with his coach, Enrique Centeno.

"I know how to beat 'Chemito' Moreno," Parra said. "I'm training hard and I will do even more in the last month of preparation. Right now I'm at 125 pounds, but I'll be at 118  when I arrive in Panama."
