MGM Grand, Las Vegas - The fight is a go after both boxers easily made weight on their first attempt. Adrien Broner (30-1,22KOs) stepped on to the scale and came in at 143.5-pounds, while Shawn Porter (25-1-1, 16KOs) was half a pound more at 144-pounds. The fight is contracted for a catch-weight of 144.

The fight will headline the next edition of Premier Boxing Champions (PBC on NBC) on Saturday night.

Opening up the televised portion of the show, late replacement Phil Lo Greco (26-1, 14KOs) weighed in at 152-pounds. The contract weight for the fight was 150-pounds and it's not clear if the weight limit was bumped up. Errol Spence Jr. (16-0, 13KOs) was 149-pounds. Lo Greco replaced Robert Garcia on two days notice after Garcia withdrew on Wednesday citing personal reasons.

Editor's Note: BoxingScene.com was advised that Spence-Lo Greco was bumped up to a weight limit of 151-pounds plus one, so Lo Greco's weight is fine.
