Welterweight contender Carson Jones is only hours away from the biggest fight of his career. Very shortly he will face undefeated Kell Brook in the Brit's backyard.

While Jones agrees that this is the most important fight of his career, he see sees it as the means to an even greater end.

"I worked hard but this isn't the end. I will be happy but after this one I go back to the gym and work for the next one. I will be happy for a minute and then I will be back to work. This isn't it for me. I want to fight the Floyd Mayweather's of the world," Jones told us on a recent edition of The Boxing Lab, BoxingScene.com's official audio show.

Jones is currently riding an eight fight winning streak with all of the victories coming by knockout. For that reason the Oklahoma native doesn't expect the Brit to stand and trade with him.

"Even if he runs I will walk him down and eventually stop him.  He won't be able to stay away forever," Jones concluded.
