Junior flyweight Moises Fuentes (19-1-1, 10KOs) is prepared to accepted a rematch with World Boxing Organization (WBO) champion Donnie Nietes (31-1-4, 17KOs) on a March date in Singapore. They fought each other in March and went to a twelve round majority draw. Fuentes has been very active, going 3-0 since the draw. Nietes will finally fight for the first time since the draw on Saturday night, when he faces Sammy Gutierrez in Quezon City.

"After defeating Salado, my promoter Fernando Beltran told me that the next match will be against Nietes. We're both world flyweight champions under the WBO and we have to face each other because we need a single absolute champion and I'm sure I will beat him," Fuentes said.

"I already faced Nietes, I know who he is, there is no problem. It was good news that we won't fight in the Philippines. Instead we'll meet in Singapore, which is neutral ground."
