Long-time Ukrainian junior welterweight fringe contender Sergey “The Professor” Fedchenko (32-2, 14 KOs) makes his first appearance in 2013 on April 20 in his hometown of Kharkov. WBO #5 Fedchenko, who is 31 now and turns 32 ten days prior to the fight, will risk his WBO European title against the ever dangerous TBA at Kharkov’s palace of sports.

A number of K2 Ukraine-promoted competitors will see action on the undercard of the main event. IBF #7 and WBA #11 heavyweight contender Alexander Ustinov (27-1, 21 KOs), a three-nation (Russian, Belarussian and Ukrainian) giant, will be featured for the first time since his punishing loss to Kubrat Pulev last September. Also on the card are: light middleweight Dmytro Nikulin (26-1, 8 KOs), cruiserweight Vitaliy Nevesioliy (13-1, 7 KOs), super bantamweight Mamed Yadgarov (17-6-1, 10 KOs), undefeated lightweight Valentin Golovko (17-0, 12 KOs), welterweight Dmytro Semernin (9-0-1, 3 KOs) and light heavyweight Umar Salamov (4-0, 3 KOs).
