Later on tonight, Erickson Lubin and Sebastian Fundora will square off with the WBC super welterweight mandatory position on the line. The fight will headline a Showtime tripleheader that will broadcast live from the Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In a phone booth battle, Albert Gonzalez (2-0) stopped Deiniel Santiago (1-1) in the fourth round of their super bantamweight fight. From the opening bell both fighters stayed in the center of the ring exchanging punches. Gonzalez power was on full display, getting the better of the toe to toe action. The time to the stoppage was stopping :57.  

Xavier Bocanegra won his pro debut against Jose Ramirez (1-2) in the first fight of the evening. The Ronnie Shields trained fighter started off strong and battered Ramirez over the course of their 4 round super featherweight bout, bloodying his nose in the process.  The judges were all in agreement, with identical 40-36 scorecards.
