Amateur standouts Eric and Anthony Flores have turned pro and have signed with Top Rank, according to their manager, Cameron Dunkin.

Eric was the 2010 USA Boxing National Championships silver medalist at lightweight (132 lbs.), while his brother Anthony was also a fixture at national tournaments as a junior welterweight (141 lbs.).

“I’ve been watching them for a while in the amateurs, and they are going to be some good ones,” Dunkin said.  “The contract and everything is set with Top Rank.”

The brothers hail from Inglewood, Calif., and found the sport on accident several years ago stumbling upon the gym in Rogers Park after soccer season was over.  Now they take the next step into the pros.
