The phrase ‘No rest for the weary’ could be applied for what prospect Ed Brown has accomplished so far in 2015.

The unbeaten super welterweight has already fought 10 times in 2015 and will make it 11 on November 12.

Brown will fight Kevin Womack Jr. in a six round bout at Martin’s Valley Mansion in Cockeysville, Maryland, manager Cameron Dunkin recently advised BoxingScene.com.

As if Brown were not busy enough, Brown is scheduled to return to the ring on November 25 in Hammond, Ind. against Miguel Alvarez.

“We may even put him in the ring in December,” Dunkin told Boxingscene.com. “That all depends if we can find an opponent for him.”

Brown has turned heads this year for fighting often in 2015. Since a knockout win in May 16, Brown has fought every three to four weeks.

The 24-year-old from Chicago has displayed an excellent skill-set, albeit against less than modest opposition. Two of the 13 fighters Brown has faced had winning records.

Dunkin believes Brown has a tremendous upside and has not even hit his ceiling as a pro.

“He’s a very good fighter. When I first saw him, I was blown away by what he was doing in the gym. He’s getting better and I truly believe Brown will be a world champion one day.”

Brown’s best win as a pro was a second round knockout win over Jose Marrufo on June 27 in Carson, Calif. Marrufo entered the fight with a 7-2-2 record.
