Former super featherweight champion Rances Barthelemy (22-0, 13 KOs) is facing a serious test when he collides with junior welterweight contender Antonio DeMarco (31-4-1, 23 KOs), who warns that it won't be easy for the unbeaten Cuban to make the jump from 130 to 140-pounds.

Their fight will headline the next installment of Premier Boxing Champions on CBS taking place Sunday, June 21 live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas with televised action beginning at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT.

DeMarcoa was unable to train with Freddie Roach for the fight and instead based in camp in Tijuana with his father-in-law, former world champion Raul "Jibaro" Perez, grabbing the role of head coach.

"It's a tough fight to return to. We are very happy, working hard for that fight. Barthelemy is difficult, a complicated style, he's had a lot of amateur fights," DeMarco told ESPN Deportes.

"I can say that with respect to [the weight] - it will be in my favor. He is jumping up by two divisions. He was the super featherweight champion, and now he will be at super lightweight. However, I will not overlook the possibility that move in weight will benefit him."

DeMarco has not fought since last November's twelve round decision win to then WBA 'regular 140-pound champion Jessie Vargas on the Manny Pacquiao-Chris Algieri undercard in Macau, China.
