This Saturday night in Denmark, EBU super middleweight champion James DeGale (11-1, 8 KOs) will make the first defense of his title against Italian veteran Cristian Sanavia (45-5-1, 13 KOs).

In preparation for this fight, the Briton received a lot of help from Polish prospect Norbert Dabrowski (7-0, 2 KOs), who revealed certain details about DeGale's training camp.

He says DeGale is throwing very fast punches, displaying good stamina and good technical boxing skills and moving very well.

"I had three sparring sessions with James. The first lasted 8 rounds, the second time we went 6 rounds. The last training session we had, we sparred for 7 rounds, but each round lasted four minutes," Dabrowski said.
