Former world champion Celestino Caballero is eager and motivated to face Jonathan Barros for a second time. Caballero was very happy when he heard the World Boxing Association (WBA) ordered a rematch between the two of them. The Panamanian fighter filed a protest after feeling that his twelve round decision loss to Barros, which happened on July 2 in Argentina, was controversial. After reviewing a tape of the fight - the WBA agreed with Caballero.

"Now I'm going to knock him out," said Caballero when hearing the news. Caballero knocked Barros down twice in the July fight. Barros, the WBA featherweight champion, was still able to retain his title on two of the three official scorecards.

The WBA ordered both sides to make the fight within 120 days. Caballero has already made everyone aware that he doesn't want to face Barros for a second time in champion's country of Argentina. He wants the fight in Panama or Las Vegas.
