There are unconfirmed rumors circulating around that Raul 'Rayito' Garcia, the former WBO champion at 105-pounds, suffered a hand injury during training and won't be able to move forward with a scheduled bout against Ivan Calderon on October 29th in Puerto Rico. Garcia, with a record of 30-2-1 and 18 knockouts, lost his championship on August 27 against Moises Fuentes (14-1, 6KOs) by split decision. Fuentes was slated to face Calderon (34-2-1, 6KOs), but he suffered a broken nose in his win over Garcia.
