Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino, Uncasville, Connecticut - A battle of junior weltereweights saw Breidis Prescott (24-2, 19 KOs) won a dominating ten round unanimous decision over Bayan Jargal (15-2-3, 10 KOs). The scores were 99-91, 99-90 and 100-90.

Jargal got tagged and rocked in the final twenty seconds of the first round. Prescott worked a much better jab than usual to land right hands. In the fifth round, Prescott hurt him again and unloaded with at least a twenty hard punches. Both of Jargal's eyes were swollen by the start of the sixth. The remaining rounds for the most part were one-sided with Prescott landing the harder punches and using his long reach to stay away from Jargal's shots.

Rising junior middleweight prospect Demetrius Andrade (13-0, 9 KOs) knocked out Omar Bell (8-2, 5 KOs) in the second round with a hard left hand which put Bell down for the count.
