Bernd Boente, manager of Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko, believes British boxer Dereck Chisora will receive a suspension of 9 to 12 months for last weekend's wild and violent antics. Chisora wants a rematch, and Vitali Klitschko wants to punish him some more, but Boente says the rematch will never happen. Vitali, who fought with an injured left shoulder, won a twelve round unanimous decision.

Last Friday in Munich, Chisora slapped Vitali across the face at the weigh-in. Before the start of his fight with Vitali on Saturday night, Chisora spit water in Wladimir's face - and then Chisora brawled with his countryman David Haye at the post-fight press conference.

Chisora will appear before the British Boxing Board on March 14th and the governing body will likely issue a lengthy suspension.

"A rematch is completely unthinkable, it will not happen. We are not going to do that. Of course Vitali is influenced by emotions, but we are not going to give Chisora another platform. Next month in London, [the BBBoC] will hold a hearing on the case, and then Chisora is likely going to be suspended for 9 to 12 months. In addition, after the defeat, he got dropped from the top 15 in the WBC's rankings, so he would have to fight to earn the proper placement in the rankings," Boente said to SID.
