Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, who was celebrating his 50th year in the boxing business in Toronto - where it all began when with Muhammad Ali's bout against George Chuvalo at the Maple Leafs Garden - is still grinding away and looking to secure the summer schedule for his company.

One of the fights he's trying to make is a bout between WBO featherweight titlist, Vasyl Lomachenko and former WBA 126-pound belt-holder, Nicholas Walters, who has balked at the money being offered for that June 11th assignment that would take place at the Madison Square Garden in New York. Lomachenko has no problem with moving up in weight to face Walters at 130-pounds.

"There are discussions going on," said the veteran promoter, who hasn't given up on 'the Axe Man' taking this fight, just yet. "He'll come to the table."

Then there is the issue is Terence Crawford's next bout, which could come against Viktor Postol, in what would be a WBO/WBA unification bout 140-pounds.

Arum says that discussions are going,''very, very good. We're trying to close it out. Crawford's in the (Top Rank) office today."

There had been talk of this bout taking place in Los Angeles. Arum told BoxingScene.com - "It'll be July 23rd but I don't know where. We're working on another site, the buildings weren't available in L.A."
