Hennessy Sports won today´s purse bids for the fight for the vacant EBU super lightweight title between Anthony Yigit and Lenny Daws. Hennessy bid 40,000 Euro while Sauerland big 33,305 Euro . When and where is to be announced.

Sauerland Promotion had in case of a win planned to stage the fight December 9 in Nykoping, Sweden.

Yigit would then have created a minor piece of boxing history as he would have been the first Swede to fight for the prestigious European title in Sweden since 1966 when Bosse Hogberg went through hell in 14 rounds of war against Italian great Sandro Mazzinghi before being stopped.

Aging but still tough super middleweight veteran Lolenga Mock takes on French champ Nicolas Dion (16-3) in the headliner of Super Brian Nielsen / Mogens Palle Promotion´s next edition of Danish Fight Night October 29 at Frederiksberghallerne in Copenhagen.
