Angel Garcia, father and trainer of WBC/WBA junior welterweight champion Danny "Swift" Garcia (30-0, 17KOs), is far from impressed with WBC mandatory challenger Viktor Postol (27-0, 11KOs).

Both fighters saw action on Saturday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. On the non-televised undercard, Postol returned from a year layoff and won an eight round unanimous decision over Jake Giuriceo. Garcia was featured in the televised main event for Premier Boxing Champions on NBC. He won a close twelve round majority decision over IBF champion Lamont Peterson in a non-title catch-weight bout.

If Garcia decides to remain at 140-pounds, Postol is up next as the mandatory under the WBC.

"Peterson was a tougher fight than him. I don't know if he had a bad night tonight, but Danny would have fought him and his opponent. I watched it in the TV [in the back] a little bit. He look like sh*t, he look like sh*t. Danny would knock him the f*** out, excuse the words, but he'll knock him the f*** out. We could take that, that's easy...that's easy money in the bank. We will send him back to [Freddie] Roach's gym with the roaches. We could do that too," Angel told BoxingScene.com.
